We been selected for design and fabricating of a sand filling system to be used in construction works inside subway tunnels,
System Covered by mechanical / electrical design and execution
Service Milestone
- Design screw conveyor with specific capacity of 5 m3/h
- Screw rotating based on fabricated pivot plain bearing and supported by steel rollers
- System been automated for operation control and interlocks, all controlled by a hand remote control
- System power sourced by diesel generator , in which its control embedded with the hand remote
